This blog is really just a place for me to store little snippets of information. The goal is to provide a access to that information when I am working on a problem at a site. As such it might have limited use for everyone else. This might change in the future.

I am a full-time software developer (C, C++, C#, Bash, Java, Perl, and VBScript) and part-time Linux and network administrator.

I run Slackware, OpenBSD, Windows XP, and Windows 7. I also run my own web services (eg DNS, email, SAMBA, web) for my home network behind an OpenBSD pf firewall.
